Shipment processing time
All local and international orders are processed within 2-7 days.
If we experience high volume of orders, the order processing might be delayed by 1-2 days. We will let you know immediately if that is the case.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Roots.Armad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, Roots Armad is not responsible for broken items delivery, we pack all products in double boxes and bubble wrap for best insulation, damaging exceptions may happen in less than 1% of orders.
International Shipping Policy
Roots.Armad ships internationally to the USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, and Europe. Additionally, if required Roots.Armad will ship to other countries.
